Sea Sparrow SAM system of various modifications is one of the most massive anti-aircraft systems of the NATO Navy. Sea Sparrow ship anti-aircraft missile system (SAM system) is designed to organize air defense of surface ships from aircraft, helicopters and low-flying enemy cruise missiles in the short range.
